Count of all blocks received with no cell
delineation(NCD) failures in the current 15 minute/
current 1 day/ previous 1 day interval.
LCD Failure Count
Performance Data :
Count of all blocks received with loss of cell
delineation (LCD) failures since agent reset. An
LCD failure is declared when an LCD defect
persists for more than 2 - 3 seconds.(length = 4

Count of all blocks received with loss of cell
