Tx Capability
This bitmap specifies which all transmission
modes, which the ATU-C is capable of supporting.
Right now support for Annex A, Annex B,
G.Span/ADSL+ and G.Span Plus is present. This
value depends on the DSL PHY firmware present
on Columbia MxU.
